116. An educational childcare provider may not keep any medication or natural product that is not in its original container or packaging, as the case may be, clearly labelled and marked with the name of the person for whom it is intended.
However, a home educational childcare provider is only subject to the provisions of the first paragraph with regard to medication and natural products for the children receiving childcare.
In this Division, “natural product” means any supplement, vitamin, essential oil, hormone, homeopathic or cosmetic product or other similar product in which active substances are found and that is meant to be ingested, to be applied on the skin or to come into contact with mucous membranes.
